What do you get?

Your names can be fully personalised at no extra cost (exclude bespoke boarders).

You choose your letters, provide the birth date and weight, maybe include a little message under it and leave the rest to me. 

These names are Hand Painted using quality watercolours and archival ink, Made to order on your choice of high quality archival paper: 310gsm hot press (smooth) or 310gsm not/cold pressed (slightly textured) water colour paper.

Each letter is represented by an animal beginning with that very same letter..

i.e. A- angelfish to Z - zebra

But….  should I not have a letter/animal you want, that’s ok ..     Just contact me and challenge me to design it. There is no extra charge for this, as I will add the letter to my stock of designs for the future! but note it may add a day or 2 to my turn around times so keep this in mind.

How long will it take?

Each name is painted by hand and dependant upon the length of the name will take up to 14-18 days to create..  but I aim to create quality work whilst endeavouring to get your order to you ASAP.

If you have a shorter deadline don’t panic just contact me and we can talk about “Rush Delivery” just please don’t think I can handpaint a name in 24hrs! I have to scale, draw, paint, dry and liner each piece, if you need it ASAP consider ordering a high resolution print instead using my other listings. 

How will it be packaged?

I aim to be as green as possible and I am working through a backlog of older packaging materials but I’m currently moving over towards 100% biodegradable packaging.

Your print with be packaged within a plastic/biodegradable film sleeve with board backing. If you select to add a mount this will also be in the same packet .The print will then be sent in a rigid envelope unless it is to be combined with other items for a larger order and a bespoke packaging option will be taken. Framed prints are protected at a minimum by wrap and board (please note my frames are nursery safe using a clear acetate glass alternative just incase there’s an accident one day). 

My packaging may look a tad UGLY at times but I will strive to use the most green option available.. this could be a recyclable product or by reusing older packaging to help the environment.

Please help by reusing any of my packaging where possible or recycle it as per your local area refuse recycling requirements (available on your councils website). 

Re, non biodegradable plastic film; many supermarkets have collection locations for this type of plastic. Have you ever considered dropping your plastic to one when you go shopping?

Please note in am UK based. Shipping times are as follows;

UK to UK 1st Class: 3-5 working day

UK to UK 2nd class: 5-10 working days

UK to international: 6-10weeks (please contact me for shipping and customs quote). 

Hand painted items are inclusive of postage but dispatched with proof of purchase and delivery only, if you would like the item tracked please contact me for a bespoke delivery upgrade quote.

Please note recent industrial actions will effect delivery times. Please order with plenty of time prior to special dates to avoid disappointment.
